About LM Football
Lexie established LM Football in 2020 with the vision to provide specific technical training for young footballers looking to improve their game. Our goal is to create an environment where players are encouraged to express themselves in training, building the confidence they need to succeed on game day. Since 2020, LM Football has coached over 100 players and grown to a dedicated team of 4 coaches.

Coach Alexis Malizis
Founder & Head Coach
Head coach Lexie fell in love with football at just age 5, and has been playing ever since. In 2017, Lexie's passion for football grew as she started to coach at age 16 and in 2020, LM Football was born.

​Being in football for 19 years, what keeps you motivated?
I just love football. The technical and tactical challenge and constantly pushing myself to learn new skills. Ultimately, I think the social aspect and community that football brought into my life is something I can't replace.

What is your favourite thing about being a football coach?
Coaching is incredibly rewarding and making an impact on the next footballing generation is priceless. My goal every session is to make the player feel more confident than when they walked on the field.

Kyra Cooney-Cross, Her passing range and work ethic is admirable!

Southampton FC - Born into it but have to stay loyal!

Experience & Qualifications:
- AFC 'B DIPLOMA'
- 10+ years NPL playing experience
- Current NPL first grade captain
- 3rd year in Bachelor of health science (Exercise)
- Coaching for 7+ years (currently coaching NPL u18 youth girls)
Coach Riley Cassidy
Player development coach / Assistant head coach
Riley has been playing football since he was 5 and started coaching with LM Football in 2021. Since then, Riley has been an asset to the success of LM football and the development of the players.

What do I enjoy about coaching?
I love seeing the progression players can make when given the correct guidance and encouragement. Especially something I wish I had when I was younger

- 5+ Years NPL playing experience (19 years total playing)
- FRFC Youth Boys technical director
- Current premier league player in SGFA
- 5 years coaching
- Currently coaching U14A's development team
